How to reset your Yealink Headset/phone

If you are experiencing issues where your phone isn't working properly it may need a reset.
To do this please complete the following steps.
Locate your headset stand.
Now plug the cables back in.
Make sure the cable that runs from the stand to the computer is inserted into the PC slot.
Set the headset stand upright with the headset on the stand and let it sit for 10 seconds.
The headset should now function.
To do this please complete the following steps.
Locate your headset stand.
Lay it on its back and remove all cables in the pictured area below.
Now plug the cables back in.
Make sure the cable that runs from the stand to the computer is inserted into the PC slot.
Set the headset stand upright with the headset on the stand and let it sit for 10 seconds.
The headset should now function.
