The Docking Station lets you plug in all your devices—like monitors, keyboard, mouse, internet cable, and USB accessories—directly into the dock. Then, with just one USB-C cable, everything connects to your laptop at once. It also charges your laptop, helping keep your desk tidy and your setup simple.
If you are experiencing issues with your docking station, please follow these steps:
Note: Some older laptops may not support this type of
USB-C connection. Check your device’s compatibility if the dock does not
function as expected.
5. Check the back of the docking station to verify all cables (e.g., monitor,
Ethernet, USB) are securely connected. Trace each cable to its endpoint to
ensure those connections are also secure.
If all physical connections look good, we can assume the dock is functioning properly and should begin checking software or driver-related issues.
