If you see any of these errors below when signing into the TMT RDP server try these troubleshooting steps.
NOTE: If you try these steps and are still having issues, send a ticket to support@calark.com or go to www.support.calark.com immediately.
Below are some error messages you may see when signing into the RDP:
1. If you see any of those errors while trying to sign in, attempt to sign out of the RDP. Find the start button, click on your user and click on the “Sign Out” button.
2. After signing off, the RDP Session should close. Log in again normally.
3. If you see errors again, contact support@calark.com
