How to Reset Password on Solera/Omnitracs RoadNet

First go to the log in screen which can be found at: https://apex-prod-ric.aws.roadnet.com/Account/Login

Enter your email address and hit enter. You will be redirected to a purple Solera log in page.

Select the “Forgot Password” link below:

NOTE: You have 10 incorrect password entries before your account is locked. If you lock your account, you MUST contact IT (support@calark.com) to unlock your account

Enter your email address associated with your RNA account, and select “Send Vertification Code”

An email will arrive shortly after with a temporary password.

Enter the temporary password into the password field on the sign on page for RNA and select “Verify Code”

Enter the temporary password as your “Current Password” and create a new password to go into the “New Password” and “Confirm Password Field”

Select “Continue” and you will be signed into RNA
