(This is for remote and WFH users. If you are working in a CalArk office/building, you will not need to use this. If you are NOT in a CalArk office or building you will need this to access company resources.)
Make sure that your computer has an internet connection.
There is an icon on your task bar (next to the time & date) that will look
like either of these
and NOT like this
On your desktop you should see this icon
If you do not, press the windows icon in the bottom left corner and type “Cisco Secure Client”
Clicking the icon for the VPN (either on desktop or after the search) will present you with this
As long as the address in the center is “CalArk.VPN” click “Connect”. If it does not, please stop and contact IT Support
You will then be asked to sign in
Log in as you would your computer with your email address and password (e.g. LasN@calark.com / PutYourPasswordHere)
You will then be promoted to use Microsoft Authentication to complete the connection.
After approving this you will be prompted with another window to accept that you are connecting to the VPN.
