How to Use Self Service Password Reset

Prerequisites

Two things are needed before you are able to use this feature.

•  One of these 2FA options
• Phone number text
• Microsoft Authenticator
• Phone number call
• Internet connection on any device

How to

1. Go to one of the following websites from any device that can connect to the internet.

    a. https://aka.ms/sspr

    b. https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com/

2. In your email or username box, enter your email address. An example is feym@calark.com.

3. Fill out the CAPTCHA and press next

4. Select the reset password or unlock account option depending on what you need.

5. Select how you would like to authenticate

6. Create a new password. This does have to abide by our current password standards.

7. This change is usually quick, but can take up to 30 minutes to fully process.  If it does not process within an hour, contact IT at Support@calark.com or (501)407-3398
