Mimecast – Unblock Sender

1. Navigate to https://login-us.mimecast.com/ in your web browser of choice.

2. Sign in with your external email address (MFEY@calark.com)

3. Use the domain authentication type. Your password will be your network password. (same one for pc/email sign in).

4. Select the personal protal option

5. Select the advanced option on the side, it will be the 3 dots.

6. Select the Blocked option to see your full block list.

7. Use the remove option to remove the block and allow all email to flow in moving forward. You should still look in your on hold to see if any are there.
