How to Reset your Windows/Domain/computer/(AD) login
Password
NOTE: If you are not connected to the company network then you MUST connect to the CalArk VPN before changing your password.
1. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL
2. Select Change a password.
3. Enter old password.
4. Enter new password (See password requirements below)
5. Enter new password again to confirm.
6. Press enter.
· Minimum of 12 characters
· Must use meet all requirements below:
o Uppercase Character
o Lowercase Character
o Number
o Special Character (!@#)
· Not one of the last 8 passwords used.
· Passwords containing your username, name, company name, or any other information contained in your account are not allowed.
· Easy passwords such as “Password” are not allowed.
